Privacy

What we keep

• Your email address and password (stored scrambled by our sign-in provider, Supabase).
• The answers you give during setup, like your sports, town and what you're looking for.
• For creators: your public page, links, photos, videos and packages. These are public once you publish.
• For parents: your athlete's first name, sports, team and level. Never a photo of your athlete, and never their full name.
• If you join the launch list: your email, whether you're a family or a creator, and your town if you give it. We only use it to email you about Pitchside opening, and every email has an unsubscribe link.
• Page views and link clicks on creator pages, counted without names or IP addresses, so creators see where visits come from.

Who sees it

Only you can see your account details and athlete profile. Visitors see a creator's page only after the creator publishes it. Creators see totals for their own page, not who visited.

Where it lives

Data is stored with Supabase, and emails are sent through Resend. We don't sell your data and don't use advertising trackers.

Your choices

You can edit your details from your dashboard at any time. To delete your account, use Delete account in Settings, or email us and we'll do it within 30 days.

Athletes under 18

Athletes under 18 don't get their own account. A parent or guardian makes the account and books for them.
