How booking works

Pick a package
Photo count, video, delivery time and add-ons are listed up front.
Send your game
Date, field, team, jersey number and color, so your creator finds your athlete.
Pay when they accept
You pay the package plus a 10% service fee, and only after the creator says yes.
Get your gallery
Approve it or ask for edits within 72 hours, then download everything.

Before you book

Playing time isn’t guaranteed. If your athlete doesn’t play, your creator delivers what they captured.
Rescheduled games move for free. Weather isn’t grounds for a refund.
You have 72 hours to approve your delivery or ask for edits.
Reviews come only from families whose booking is complete. Verified creators have been checked by Pitchside.
Message your creator on Pitchside about the field, the jersey or the light, before and after the game.
Team and season packages give each family a private gallery of their own athlete.
Personal use is included: social posts, family sharing, recruiting profiles. Paid brand or NIL use needs a separate license from the creator.
A parent or guardian books and gives photo consent for athletes under 18. Athletes under 18 don't get their own account.

If plans change

Your booking moves for free. If the creator can't make the new date, you get a full refund.

More than 48 hours before the game: full refund. 24 to 48 hours: 50%. Less than 24 hours: no refund.

You always get a full refund, for any reason.
