A booking, start to finish

Six steps, no back and forth.

Find your creator
Search by town, sport and game date. Every page shows real work, exact package prices, reviews from families who booked and a Verified badge when Pitchside has checked the creator.
Send your game
Pick a package and add the date, time, field, team, jersey number and color. Team and season packages take the whole roster.
The creator answers
Creators accept or decline within 48 hours. You can message each other on Pitchside before and after.
Pay to confirm
Once they accept, you pay in full within 48 hours: the package plus a 10% service fee. Nothing is charged before that.
Game day and delivery
Your creator shoots the game and uploads photos and video to your private gallery. Each family on a team booking sees their own athlete.
Approve and review
You have 72 hours to approve or ask for edits. The creator is paid when you approve, or automatically after 72 hours. Then leave a review.

The rules

Every booking follows the same rules, so nobody has to negotiate refunds on the sideline.

If the creator can't make the new date, you get a full refund.

If the game is played, the booking stands. Called off after the creator arrives: 80% back, 20% show-up fee.

If your athlete barely plays, the creator delivers what they captured.
